Available Scholarships

At Richard Gill School, we believe in unlocking the unique potential within every child with the following scholarship categories are available for application:

  • Academic Scholarships: Aimed at students displaying outstanding academic achievements.

  • Equity Scholarships: Geared towards providing opportunities for students facing financial or other special circumstances.

Navigating the Scholarship Process 

Open to individuals or groups throughout the state entering Kindergarten to Year 4 in 2024 and 2025, with a preference for those in Muswellbrook, the Upper Hunter, and the broader Hunter Valley region. Scholarships are awarded based on merit or for reasons of equity.

Ready to take the first step? Apply for a scholarship by completing our online application form and submitting it to the Principal via hard copy at the school or through email at admin@rgs.nsw.edu.au. The Principal and the Scholarship Selection Panel will carefully assess each application, make recommendations to the school board, and notify applicant families of the outcomes. All applications are confidential.
