KidsMatter Transition to School: Parent Initiative has been developed by the Australian Psychological Society and provides a list of valuable resources for parents to help plan for transitioning their children into school. The following 4 booklets is a comprehensive guide filled with transition advice and guidance for parents and carers who have young children starting school in the near future or children who have started school in recent months.
